Example

Do as I say not as I do is something you have probably heard before. You may even have said it yourself. Knowing the right thing and doing the right thing should go hand in hand, but because of our old nature we are in conflict. Others hear what we say and compare it to how we act. They take that one step further and compare our actions to their perception of how a believer should act. As God's children we are not to look to others as example of what to do.
