Don't Say No

Be Generous

Paul says that we are generous because of our faith. When Holy Spirit speaks to us or puts a situation in front of us, we need to take a risk and step out in faith. We need to step out and be generous with our money, our time, and our mercy. ~ DickEvans.org

Be Full Of Joy

It Is Time

Isn't it time for us to look past other's former lives and view them where they are today; view their potential as God does? And the time to forgot our own shortcomings of the past. Fight The Fight

Daily we fight the fight. We fight off our old selfish nature and walk instead in the Spirit; in our new nature. We must be conscious of all our actions and be sure they are the result of listening to and obeying God’s voice. ~ DickEvans.org

Live Worthy

Regardless of where we are and who we are with, we must stand side by side with fellow believers fighting the good fight, living in a manner worthy of He who lives in us. ~ DickEvans.org

Obey His Words

Treat Them With Love

When confronted we are not to argue our faith. It is not possible to win an argument when the other person has a veil over their eyes. Treat them with the love of Christ and they will see His fruit in your life. ~ DickEvans.org

Temptation

Our bodies are weak. It is very easy to be tempted to follow worldly ways. Temptation is great and constantly there to pull us away from the path God has for us. We must keep alert and pray without ceasing. ~ DickEvans.org

Stop Hiding

Let's stop hiding our beliefs. It is time to reach out and let others see the light within us. It is time to 'be Jesus' to those around us. ~ DickEvans.org

Preach It

We don't know when the Son of Man will come. We must get ready. And we must do what He instructed us to do. We must go into all the land and preach the good news. ~ DickEvans.org

Clean Up

I am not telling you that we should judge others by how the cover looks. I am reminding you that others will judge us that way. So let's clean up the cover so they will take the time to get to know us and He who lives in us. ~ DickEvans.org

Reach Others

We are all children of God. We are all made in His image and likeness. How can we not love each other? If we don't reach out to others in love, aren't we pushing away a part of God? ~ DickEvans.org

Speak It

If God said it, then it will come to pass as soon as we believe it and speak it out. ~ DickEvans.org

Willingness

As God brings us into new territories we gain experiential knowledge. Knowledge with experience results in natural wisdom. Our growth is not based on our position relative to a timeline. It is based on our willingness to listen and obey the Father's voice. ~ DickEvans.org

Obey

What does God want of us? He wants us to follow Jesus and let Holy Spirit lead us to where we are to go to do His work. He wants us to listen and obey. ~ DickEvans.org

It is Time

Isn't it time we forgot our own shortcomings, looked in the mirror, and saw our self as God sees us? He knows what lies ahead for us. Let's trust Him as He leads us into our futures. ~ DickEvans.org

Step Out

It is up to us to not let doubt or fear come in the way. Rebuke them and cast them aside. Step out and do it knowing that if God said it, you can do it. Step out in faith. ~ DickEvans.org

God Knows

God knows what is best for us. Isn't it time we asked Him for guidance in more of the things we do each day? Isn't it time we asked the one who wrote the good book how to live each day? Ask, listen, and obey. ~ DickEvans.org

Little Faith

Peter stepped out that day in what little faith he had and he walked on water; if only for a short time. He did that with little faith. Imagine what we can do with the little faith we have. ~ DickEvans.org

Obey Him

When we are willing we can hear God, understand Him, and obey Him. As we obey, we grow and He is able to teach us more and more. The more we grow, the more we become like Him, the more we have the mind of Christ. ~ DickEvans.org

Fruit

W really don't know people until we see the fruit of their lives. What does their life produce for them and for those that their life touches? We know the real person by the fruit he produces. What kind of fruit do we produce in our lives? ~ DickEvans.org

Each Of Us

Each of us is fully capable of walking out His Truth each and every day of our lives. God did not create complicated qualifications for us to preach His word and heal the sick. No, the only qualification is that we ask Jesus to be Lord and Savior of our life. ~ DickEvans.org

Sin Gone

Thank God the last Adam came to take away the seed of sin that entered mankind from the first Adam. Jesus took that original sin and forgave us of all the sin that we have added on our own, all of the ways in which we have not obeyed the Father forevermore and washed it in His blood. ~ DickEvans.org

Relational

God does not look for our performance as a prerequisite to relationship. As He did with Abraham, He looks for our faith. All we had to do was exercise little faith and He saved us. He forgave all of our past sins and opened His arms to us. ~ DickEvans.org

Stop Judging

It is time to stop judging others for who they were and start looking at them as Jesus looks at them. He sees their potential not their past. That person that you have judged may be the one that will bring thousands into the Kingdom of God. Take the time to step out and talk to them today. ~ DickEvans.org

Obey

I believe at birth God gave us knowledge of His law and a conscious to nudge us. Now we have the Holy Spirit. But we still must choose. We must listen and obey what He tells us. ~ DickEvans.org

Measure of Faith

When we reach others with the Good News about Jesus Christ that knowledge is remembered and when coupled with the measure of faith we are all born with the person is saved. ~ DickEvans.org

He Picks Us Up

We can bury our mistakes so others can't see them. We can blame others for the errors we make. This fools them and it may even fool us. But it never fools God. He knows everything about us and is always ready like a loving Father to pick us up and dust us off so we can start again. ~ DickEvans.org
