One With Him

When we accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we became one in spirit with Him. It happened as soon as we asked, as long as the asking was true and not just mere words said for the sake of others. We are one spirit with the Lord. That is an awesome realization. He is in us and we are in Him. As we mature in our relationship with Him, we begin to know what He wants and think what He thinks. Let's remember that the next time we choose to do something that brings us back to our old self. The next time we want to defile our bodies with things of this world, let's think twice and remember that we are one with Christ. ~ DickEvans.org
